• If your certificate has been expired for less than three years, an application and application fee is required to renew. 
• To upgrade your certificate, you will also need to submit either the renewal OR upgrade requirements showing in your ACSI account. 
• This information will be available in your account’s homepage under ‘My Applications.’ 
• The top section will display your VPP requirements and progress;
• The two bottom sections will display your requirements and progress toward renewal and upgrade of your certificate.  

ACSI’s Certification application can be found on www.acsi.org. Once you have opened the website, click on "Accreditation/Certification" at the top of the page. Then click on the "Credentialing" tab. Then choose the orange button, "Log In To Online Certification Platform."  

If your CEUs are in your VPP account, you will not need to upload anything to your application – the system will pull any CEUs you have earned and that have not been previously applied toward certification, applying them automatically to your renewal and/or upgrade requirements.  

Any CEUs, official transcripts (copies of official transcripts are accepted) or other documentation you have obtained externally to ACSI will need to be uploaded to your application manually for evaluation.
