Courses ratings are displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the course tile. The rating is displayed as Rating(Number of User Ratings). For example a rating of 4.5(2) would indicate that two (2) users watched the course and submitted a rating. The average of the submitted ratings is 4.5.
Upon course completion, the user is given the option to rate the course.
To submit a rating, click the Rate this Course drop-down to chose a rating from 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest rating. Select Submit Rating to submit your review.
If you have more detailed feedback regarding a course, you can submit feedback via an email to the ACSI Care Team.
NOTE: If you didn't submit a rating at time of course completion, you can select a completed course under My Courses and select Watch and Finish course buttons to re-display the course completion page.
