We are excited to share our new model of professional development for faculty with you. The new model is more school-based, which enables you to bring the professional development right to you. If you would like interaction with other teachers as well, your school could host it and invite other schools. The new model, called PD by Design, features turn-key kits for you to host your own 6 hour long PD event.
With this format, your school can choose your PD topics from a menu of topics and you can plan it for any day(s) of your choosing, during the school year. It is more accessible to all schools and more affordable because there is no travel involved. Most importantly, your school has the opportunity to choose a topic that aligns best with your own strategic plan or continuous school improvement plan. The PD by Design package comes with a digital Facilitators Manual and a Participants Manual, along with links to video content.
