We are sorry to hear that there is a disagreeable situation regarding an ACSI Christian School. While ACSI is not responsible for the day-to-day operations of member schools and has no authority over how they implement specific policies, we do have a process to review the situation to see if it is an issue that impacts the accreditation or membership of the school. Please be aware that ACSI does not get involved with personal disputes between families and schools. ACSI only does an inquiry if we determine that there has been an accreditation violation or violation of membership requirements. The individual making the complaint must have first-hand knowledge of the situation, and must have used, or attempted to use, the school's established grievance process in order to resolve the situation directly with the school.
